1-Minute Breathing Meditation

Deep breathing activates the Parasympathetic Nervous System which is your “rest and digest” system. Basically, it is your “all is well so be at peace” system. Many of us are constantly on the go and on high alert daily so we may not be “resting” and “digesting” as much as we need. Sometimes 1-minute isn't enough but sometimes it’s all the time you have.
